It is a great concept in e-recruiting, based on relational networks. e-HR 2.0 if you want. But no numbers here, let us have a look at the colors ! With shocking pink as a trade-mark, JobMeeters takes advantage of the true colors of each candidate and tends to find talents where ever they are, even if they are not actively looking for a job.
JobMeeters is a French platform (with international ambition). I met with one of the founders yesterday, Patrice Malaurie, at an informal mixer and immediately loved this new kind of solution. It is an online service which connects recruiters to a large and open referrer’s community.
